General information

The content on this website describes web-design services and is provided for general information. It is not a binding project offer.

Quotes and project agreements

Displayed prices are starting points. Final scope, price, revisions, ownership, ongoing services, and delivery dates are confirmed in a separate written quote or agreement before work begins.

Deposits and payment

Unless a written quote says otherwise, a 25% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance and any milestone payments are stated in the approved quote. Built Right Web Co. is not currently registered to collect GST/HST, so GST/HST is not added to invoices.

Card and cryptocurrency payments

Card payments are collected through a secure Stripe-hosted invoice. Bitcoin and Ethereum may be accepted by arrangement. Cryptocurrency instructions must be confirmed directly with Joshua before sending. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and a payment is credited only after it is received at the confirmed address and sufficiently confirmed on the applicable network.

Client content and approvals

Clients are responsible for supplying content they have the right to use and for reviewing names, contact information, prices, claims, and other business details before launch. Project timing may change when required content or approvals are delayed.

Revisions and additional work

Included revision rounds are stated in the quote. Work outside the approved scope—including extra pages, features, or revision rounds—may require a revised quote or written change approval.

Ownership and launch

Ownership, account access, third-party subscriptions, and delivery of final project files are governed by the signed project agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, final handoff occurs after the project balance is paid.

Concept work

Northline Civil and Forno House are clearly identified design concepts. They are portfolio demonstrations and are not represented as completed client projects.

Website availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Content and pricing may be updated.

Intellectual property

The Built Right Web Co. brand, site design, original text, and portfolio presentations may not be copied or republished without permission.
